Cartier has unveiled its latest novelties at Watches & Wonders 2024, showcasing a blend of innovation and tradition. The collection includes the Privé Tortue Monopoussoir Chronograph, Santos de Cartier Dual Time, Santos-Dumont Rewind, Reflection de Cartier Watch, and the Animal Jewellery collection, each piece reflecting Cartier’s commitment to craftsmanship and luxury.
Privé Tortue Monopoussoir Chronograph: Reviving a late ’90s silhouette, this watch features a Journe-Flageollet-Halter movement, available in platinum or yellow gold. Limited to 200 pieces per metal, it boasts a sapphire crystal front and caseback with a grained gold or silvered opaline dial.
Santos de Cartier Dual Time: This contemporary iteration of the classic wristpiece is dedicated to athleticism and a sporty aesthetic, equipped with a dual-time function. It’s the first in the Santos family to feature dual time, with a grey dial that stands out against silver Roman numerals, housed in a larger stainless steel case.
Santos-Dumont Rewind: Adding to the Santos collection, this manually wound watch features a backwards-running dial for a playful take on timekeeping. Limited to 200 pieces, it’s encased in platinum and features a vibrant red sunburst dial.
Reflection de Cartier Watch: Merging luxury with jewelry, this piece is described as a “veritable sculpture to wear on the wrist.” It combines precious gems like diamonds, opal, amethysts, and garnets, available in 18k white, rose, and yellow gold.
Animal Jewellery Watch: Expanding on Cartier’s animal-inspired creations, this collection introduces designs inspired by the zebra and crocodile, set in rose, yellow, or white gold with ruby, garnet, spinel, and diamond settings.
