Wu-Tang Clan and Nike Team up again to Release Their Nike Dunk High

FASHION/LIXSR   October 25, 2024

Wu-Tang Clan and Nike are once again collaborating to bring back the legendary Nike Dunk High “Wu-Tang”, marking a significant moment for both sneaker and hip-hop culture. Originally released in 1999 as an ultra-limited edition with only 36 pairs available, the coveted “Killa Beez” colorway is set to make a global debut on November 9, 2024.

The design stays true to the original, featuring premium black and yellow leather and the iconic Wu-Tang “W” logo embroidered on both the tongue and lateral heel. This release commemorates the 31st anniversary of Wu-Tang Clan’s debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), adding even more significance to the drop.

In this new edition, the Wu-Tang Clan Nike Dunk High retains its classic design while embracing the cultural impact the group has had on music and fashion. According to RZA, the group’s leader, these Dunks symbolize the group’s lasting influence and the recognition Nike has given to their contribution to culture. The collaboration blends style and history, creating a collectible sneaker that speaks to fans of both Wu-Tang and sneaker culture.

The Nike Dunk High “Wu-Tang” will be available via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, with a starting price of $150 USD.
